This site allows customers to purchase e-permits for seasonal parking at a number
of National Express train stations managed by National Car Parks (NCP). NCP’s new
e-permits offer customers a number of benefits:
• No need to apply in writing - just buy online
• Permits are available immediately
• Permits may be timed to start at any date in the future
• No need to place a permit in your vehicle’s windscreen
Just select the station from the list below. Then choose the type of permit required
and the date on which you require the permit to start. First time users will need
to enter their payment details and the number plate of the car they wish to park
- you only need do this the first time you use the service. Existing customers, or
customers who have used NCP’s FastPark service, just log-in to their existing account
and the payment will be charged against the card that you have registered with us.
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and all UK debit cards.
Your parking permit will start immediately from the time the payment goes through,
or, where you have requested the permit to start in advance, from 00:01 on the requested
start date, and will expire at 23:59 on the end date. You need not display anything
in your vehicle - your vehicle will be recognised by your number plate. Note that
you may only park the vehicle associated with the permit. Initially users may only
register one vehicle against the permit. If at any time you wish to change the number
plate of the car then just email us and we’ll get this changed for you
A receipt will be sent to you by email, and receipts are also available from your
FastPark account - just log-in with your mobile phone number and the last 4-digits
of the card that you used, and you may view your transactions and print receipts.
When you purchase an e-permit you will also be signed up to use FastPark which allows
you to pay for parking by phone at many of NCP’s off-street Pay & Display car parks,
and many of the rail car parks managed by NCP. This website is managed by NCP - if
